Yes. Every piece is crafted from real wood, which means no two pieces will ever be exactly the same—and we think that's the best part.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Almost—but every piece of wood has its own grain and character, so yours will always be uniquely yours.
Can I return my order?
We don't offer returns. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, we'll happily replace it or issue a store credit after reviewing the issue.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every piece comes with a 1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty against manufacturing defects.
How do I care for my piece?
A soft cloth is all it needs. Keep it away from excess water and harsh cleaners, and it'll age beautifully.
Do you take bulk or gifting orders?
