Products

Every Peace of Wood piece is thoughtfully crafted using natural wood. Variations in grain, texture and colour are a part of the material's natural character and should not be considered defects.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice.

Orders

An order is confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation from our end. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability or unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 5–7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier services.

Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After review, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a store credit, where applicable.

Warranty

Products are covered under our 1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling or normal wear over time.
